Description

Grier Summer is a residential camp for girls at the historic Grier School, a boarding school for girls since 1853. We build self confidence through programs for beginner and experienced students in a variety of specialty areas: English horseback riding (Allegheny Riding Camp), dance, fine art, and creative arts. Sessions are three weeks long. Campers must qualify for advanced sessions, including the Show Riding Program, Art Portfolio Program, and Intensive Dance Program. We have a mother-daughter session and a one-week Rookie Session for first time campers, and a CIT program for older teens. Beautiful facilities and dormitory housing. ACA accredited

Our mission:

To teach girls to realize their potential through friendship, horsemanship, creative pursuits, and personal enrichment.
