Maternity Tea

Expecting a new addition to the family? Having a baby is a joyous experience for you and your partner. This is a busy, happy time filled with doctor visits, new discoveries, shopping sprees, and picking out names. Yet, being an expectant mom you may have questions and concerns about the new baby and what to expect during and after your pregnancy can sometimes hinder this happy time.

To ease this tension, Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County hosts Maternity Tea. Maternity Tea is for expectant mothers, their partners, and even those who are considering starting a family. You’ll tour the facilities, meet the staff, and become acquainted with programs offered to expectant mothers and their families. And in addition to all the great stuff you’ll learn, you get to indulge in a cup of tea, too—and you’ll take home a specially designed teacup as a gift. Attendees will also be entered in a raffle to receive a copy of the books What to Expect When You’re Expecting and What to Expect the First Year.

Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County is the only hospital in the region to receive a 5-Star rating for clinical excellence in obstetrics services from HealthGrades (the nation’s leading source for healthcare quality information).
