about martial arts lately? Author David Nemeroff's new book, "Enter Into Aikido"
may just have you considering it a little differently.
"Enter Into Aikido" is a great resource for potential students and beginners
who want to learn more about the art of Aikido. Nemeroff covers a wide variety
of topics, including what to look for in a school, lineage and legitimacy in the

Additionally, the reader finds information about Aikido's history,
philosophical concepts, as well as a description of various styles of Aikido.
Personal stories from the author and other Aikido students add insight and
interest to the text. "Enter into Aikido" is an essential guide for any beginner
and a valuable reference for aikido-ka of all skill levels.
Nemeroff is the director and chief instructor of Aikido Masters Self-Defense
Academy in Whitehall, Pa. Besides having black belts in nine different styles of
martial arts, Nemeroff was appointed to the title of Soke-dai, or successor, to
Fukasa-ryu Aikido, meaning not only is Nemeroff the Aikido division head for the
entire organization, but when the head of the style dies, he inherits the art.
He is also a professor of Aikido at Penn State University and a national
board certified massage therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy.
Furthermore, Nemeroff teaches qigong (Chinese meditation methods) to cancer
patients, drug rehab patients and members of a local half-way house.
