New Website Offers a Creative Outlet for Teens
N2Arts.com Showcases: Theater, Photography,
Writing, Dance and More: Provides Information, Galleries and Expert Advice
How can artistically creative teens showcase their
work and stay in touch with other kids who have a similar passion for the
arts? A new website,
www.N2Arts.com, offers an exciting solution.
N2Arts.com offers a range of free services for
youngsters interested in the performing, visual or literary arts. These
include discussion forums, articles by practicing artists and experts,
free online galleries where artists can display their creative work and
writings and more.
“The goal of N2Arts.com is to offer a safe,
supportive environment where teens interested in the arts can share ideas
with their peers, display their work if they choose, and hone their
skills,” said Matthew Glasser, founder and editor-in-chief of N2Arts.com.
The site offers articles and resources on theatre,
dance, photography, music, film/video, fiction, journalism and creative
writing, poetry, painting and more. Participants are free to post any form
of artwork they choose, and to comment on the work of others. (All
postings and comments are screened by the site’s editorial staff before
being published.)
"N2Arts.com is an online community where teens and
young adults interested in the performing and fine arts can hang out with
others who have the same interests, even if their online friends are in
another school district, in another state or across an ocean,” Glasser
said. “Teen artists can share their creative work, talk with others who
share their passion for a particular area of art, find out how to improve
their skills, and get advice about breaking into the professional world if
that’s their goal.”
